does anyone have the old link, for SKY+HD £100.00 cash back link, from the likes of topcashback, Quidco or cashback kings, I signed up for it via topcashback, and I am only getting £65.00 I signed up on 15/12/090

Does anyone know if this applies to upgrades? I have a sky+ box and want to upgrade to sky+ HD and thought if I did it through quidco then I'll get £75 ? Or is it 'brand new customers only' ?
