    Let me get this right, if I may.
    You're saying there are seven million people with criminal convictions (where? specifically Liverpool?) - and they ALL have insurance cover? What type? Why is it worthless?

    Other comments - use a standard font and colour; why is the word 'criminal' in capitals?; why the multiple exclamation marks?; if this is such a huge story (as the afore-mentioned incredulous exclamation marks would indicate), why is just the Liverpool Echo that has reported it?
