    Well Thats My Point I Dont Care About The 20 Whos To Stop Them Going In Tomorrow And Taking What They Want As They Have Just Done So I Still Think They Have Stole From My Account

    Nothing if they have a CPA set up.

    ok i did not give permission for this cpa
    but i am going to ask for it to be withdrawn if it is in place will that do it and what can i do to prevent a cpa from being used again

    if you have agreed £120 a month could the 20 be for a partial months payment before the full months?

    Best bet is to tal to someone calmly before making a decision.

    Put it in writing if no luck on the phone and ask why this has gone out of your account and don't mention theft as they then have the chance to explain.

    Is the £20 actually this month's minimum monthly payment? If you have to ring in the other figure, then this is what it sounds like. It also sounds to me as though you have given a CPA on your debit card which is possible and has been reported here before.

    Just a suggestion and if it is not the case then you should push them to explain but keeping calm and as asharon says, do not mention theft at this stage. You are more likely to get cooperation from the cc company if you tread softly, at least initially. If you are still not happy, notify your bank that it is a disputed transactions.
