I spend a bit of time in Philly and work in Upper Merion. It's merely my opinion that Philly isn't particular nice, it's not somewhere I'd ever recommend as a tourist destination for some to go. KoP Mall is huge, but totally lifeless, and full of chains you'll find in any mall in the US. Practically it's a bit of a non-starter for the casual tourist, particularly during bad weather.
A potential better option would be DC, with the shopping at Tysons Corner, Crystal City and Democracy Blvd. In addition you'll get boutique shopping in Alexandria and Georgetown. Plenty of tourist activities (for free!) in DC too for a break from the shops.Legal team on standby0 -
