iphone internet cap advice please
hi sorry if this is elsewhere but could not find it specifically. I am looking at getting an iphone and Vodafone look best for me but I am unsure what the 1gb cap on internet browsing means to a general user and as 02 offer unlimited that could be a big reason to move over. I read 1gb is about 10,000 webpages so presumably this would mean fairly unlimited but any feedback from actual users would be much appreciated. thanks.

Hi
Firstly, the iPhone is definatly worth getting!!
I've got one on o2 so cant comment on the Vodafone cap, but with o2 i've downloaded 1.2GB of data over 3G,Edge, GPRS (basically everything bar wifi!) since Febuary last year. And i use it a lot cos i cant get wifi at work!!:think:0 -
hi thanks - just to check is that 1.2gb total or per month as Voda cap is per month?0

thats in total
i think you'd need to stream music/fims a lot over 3G to get near the monthly limit:think:0 -
Thank you so much - this really helped me out and I am sorted - going with vodafone!0
