hello all,
i have been with three for nearly 5 months now on a 24 month (£15 for 15GB contract and and absolutely disgusted by there service.
i do get quite a good connection (sometimes) and i now want to change back to a phone line connection because it aint quick enough.
i know it is hard to get the contract canceled but are there other ways of getting round this i.e. downgrading to less GB package if thats possible so it gets paid off quicker???
Also i actually never signed a contract if this helps and the set up we are on three, they don't offer any more (£15 for 15GB) ??
i would appreciate any comments of helpful information.
cheers
jj

Their number is 500 from a 3 phone, or 07782 333 500 from a mobile to ask

None of the reasons you give will be grounds for them cancelling your contract. You don't need to have signed anything, you have accepted the terms by using the service for 5 months. If you'd gone back in the first month and said you could not get a connection then you'd have had a case, but not now.
Have you taken the dongle back to a 3 store and had it checked over?
Wireless broadband is not an adequate substitute for ADSL broadband. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
do you think there is any way of lowering my contract time so it is quicker to pay off?0

You may be able to switch to the £7.50 plan to save a bit and with 1Gig per month it may still be useful when away from home.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

No, if you signed up to 24m they will hoild you to 24m, though maybe you can downsize your contract in terms of the data allowance/monthly charge-though I doubt that they''ll let you do that until at least a year in.
Never a good idea to agree 2 yr contracts on phones or broadband. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
i know, i am never going with mobile broadband again!
it would be great if i could lower the price to £7.50 because i want to go with BE broadband for gaming.
cheers for the comments guys,
