What's Virgin signal like?

Hi -

Please could someone tell me what Virgin's signal like generally? I placed an order with Vodafone Business for a HD2 a few days ago but I've just seen an offer with Virgin for the same phone on an 18th month contract (the VF one was 24 months) and taking into account cashback, the Virgin one works out £90 cheaper.

The thing is I don't want to go with Virgin if their signally is generally bad. £90 is a lot of money, but I just want to know if it's worth paying it...

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Nobody can possibly answer that objectively and accurately.

Have you looked at coverage maps for where you will be using it - work and home locations etc?

Virgin mobile uses the T-mobile network if that helps.

I've never had a problem with Virgin but that's not too helpful unless you're in Manchester.

It might be worth phoning Vodafone, telling them about the deal you've seen, and telling them you're thinking about cancelling your order. They might offer you an incentive to stay.
