So sorry I thought this question was about the scrappage scheme and trying to offer a helping reply to people who posted a question not to air personal views on one manufacturer to another
Unlike you I did not express a personal opinion or indeed a reply that has no relevance to the question.
I suggest you get your mummy to give you a lift to school now so your are not late in her new Kia

My comments were helpful, they are based on hard facts, my " Mummy " sadly died a long time ago.

Most Kia models have a waiting list on the Scrappage Scheme, no Renault has a waiting list, other than special orders.

Not too difficult to work out who is going to discount is it?.

Friend is looking at Rio 1.4 Strike. Will ring round a few today with specs and see what they do. Thanks.

I wouldn't waste any time, Kia have just introduced their free 7 year warranty on to the Rio model, ( previously 3 years ), they will be selling like hot cakes.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Both dealers I've rung have said their margin is under £250, but will either put floor mats in or a full tank if I buy from them. Gives me a little negotiation with the local dealer.

    Thanks for all advice offered.
