Is dealer price negotiable with scrappage?

My comments were helpful, they are based on hard facts, my " Mummy " sadly died a long time ago.
Most Kia models have a waiting list on the Scrappage Scheme, no Renault has a waiting list, other than special orders.
Not too difficult to work out who is going to discount is it?.0 -

I wouldn't waste any time, Kia have just introduced their free 7 year warranty on to the Rio model, ( previously 3 years ), they will be selling like hot cakes.0 -
Both dealers I've rung have said their margin is under £250, but will either put floor mats in or a full tank if I buy from them. Gives me a little negotiation with the local dealer.
