if anyone out there is experiencing problems with Bulldog would they please report them to Ofcom...
there are a lot of people suffering terrible problems at the hands of Bulldog- even though Ofcom have already investigated them once
Ofcom have said that they will re-open the case if there is an increase in complaints
please make your complaint to:
William.Hayter@ofcom.org.uk AND to:
OCCtelecoms@ofcom.org.uk
you can also write to:
Ofcom
Riverside House
2a Southwark Bridge Road
London SE1 9HA

a bit of advice aswell, Ofcom will only take a complaint on if you've gone through the companies complaint system & if it reaches deadlock after 12 weeks then they'll take it down (and they dont deal on face value with cases)0
-
as before, despite the message above, please PLEASE report Bulldog to Ofcom.
your complaint will be registered, which will help trigger the re-opening of the investigation but, as the reply states above, they won't look into your individual case until 12 weeks after you first complain (or unless Bulldog issue a 'deadlock letter')
but register your complaint NOW and follow it up when you've been complaining for twelve weeks and you've probably torn all your hair out!!!
if we get the case re-opened we will at least have the satisfaction of seeing Bulldog's (and C&W's) share price fall. C&W are now trying to sell Bulldog so they won't like that.....0 -
so what's the complaint about? surely not as bad as e7even!0

well, my individual complaint i know, by visiting other forums eg my-bulldog-hell, is all too common
my direct debit was never set up properly and i have NEVER received a correct bill on my account- in nearly 18 months
i am sent incorrect bills on an incorrect account (one that i closed before opening the present account)
there is no help forthcoming form customer services and the official complaints process is ignored...
howzat for starters?!?!0 -
are you not "protected" by direct debit?0

What if bulldog won't issue a deadlock letter? They are ignoring my emails now and talk over me on the phone, fobbing me off with excuses which I later find out are lies!0
