hi im having probs with downloading apps from satioworld onto comp,the following happens i click on link i want for game and its coming up do u want to save or cancel so im pressing save,then it starts the download then when done it comes up download complete, options then are, i can open,open folder or close, so i click…

sorry to drone on about this but im still at it lol
my games that are on the comp are rar or jar files and i need winrip or something similar to unlock these only prob is its saying my security settings wont allow it through ive disabled my firewall and one care but still it wont allow it does anyone have any ideas on what to try?
