Can anybody help? I don't appear to be able to access the keypad when making a call so when I am asked to "press 1" I can't.

Anybody know what I need to do please?

Your keypad probably being locked - usually you have to hold down some touch key to re-enable the screen (thats what happens with my lg cookie).

I disabled power saving mode on my lg, and also turned off automatic keypad locking - (meaning I end up having to do that manually with a button on side of the phone) - the tocco might have similar thing?

if you hold in 1 ofthe buttons on the right hand side then it will unlock your phone then touch the screen and that willgive you your keypad with the numbers if you need them

This is one of the bad features on the phone. If you're in a rush or driving and you need to get the fone on speaker it takes (relatively) ages to get access to the keypad.

Also during a phone call you can access any of the other features of the phone e.g. if I get a text during a call I can't access. Does anyone know of a way to do this?
