Orange Upgrade Help Please

Hi, I have recently upgraded my orange contract and have been sent a new SIM which has a new number. Is it possible for me to keep my old number and should I contact customer services to change?

You should be able to keep your old number - but really you should have sorted that out whan you did the upgrade.

They always send a new sim with a new phone. It won't have a new number on it, they'll move your existing number on to it when you call to register the upgrade.

You'll need to verify that !
They may, or may not have issued you with a new number - they did when I upgraded my Orange broadband dongle - even though I specifically asked them not to.
Fortunately putting things right was fairly simple.
Hopefully Jon is right though, and it is just a straightforward upgrade.

it was through another company, but i've just called orange and they've sorted it all out for me thankfully. Thanks for everyones help here
