    Skintbint,
maybe choose not to do anything tonight. Instead of having it hanging over you make a choice either to do it or not do it then let it go. Also maybe make a choice to do something you enjoy. You will be no worse off than if you spend the whole evening feeling guilty and not doing anything. If you choose not to do anymore tonight then use the time to enjoy yourself.

please please please could somebody give me a kick up the butt!!! i have absolutely no inclination, energy, drive whatever to get moving today and the last couple of days have been much the same, just plodding on with what i have in place already, havent even made dinner yet! have made a grand total of 99p on ebay today - thats not even been paid yet. i have managed however to spend about £30 on cake equipment/colourings etc even bought a lovely 3 tier cake stand- have decided to offer cupcakes to match the celebration cakes may as well capitalise on any orders thinking of charging 30p a cupcake - any thoughts appreciated on the pricing.
away to make dinner now kids are getting restless, catch up later

skintbint - struggling to become richbint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

elly - how was kinross have often thought about it but its an hour away form me and what like is McDiarmid Park?

Hi Skintbint - I think 30p is far too cheap -even Tesco's are selling THESE four for £2.49 (62.3p each) and yours will obviously be much better! Of course it depends on your target market e.g. you'll get more at a specialist food market than at a boot sale I expect.
I think, at a recent street market over Christmas, I saw cup cakes for well over £1 each - they did look glorious and I was soooooooo tempted - but the MSE spirit kicked in and I resisted!
    Good Luck with it!

thanks all - think that was the negativity kicking in, just not confident about what i'm doing yet even although getting orders. had awful week at work and just about walked out so think thats undermining anything i am doing at the moment, will just have to dust myself down and get on with it! (sorry for the moan but o/h works in engineering and he thinks i should just tell them all to get a f**** life! Oh how i'd love to!)

elly i'm just north of Dundee so usually go to Errol - mostly dealers and tat now but still really busy(did one there at end of the summer and had £120 finishing at 1,did consider renting a lock up container for about £28 a month save lugging everything around and you have 24 hr access 7 days a week (that may come yet if i can find an angle) and on odd occasion Seaton in Arbroath - years ago used to do the rounds and go to tayport, remember venturing further into Fife it was where they had go-cart racing.
am feeling more positive now- its amazing how coming on here helps and gets you gee'd up again, thanks!!!

Thank you :) I'm looking at setting up blogs, but need some help with getting people onto the site. If anyone has any knowledge, I'd love to hear it? I've searched the web but most of the blogs link to a "Buy my software it'll make you a millionaire" website, which I don't want! I love to write, though, so it'd be perfect. I'll look at other bingo sites, too!QUOTE]

I use blogger for my blogs, they are free and you can set up free adsense on them as well as a way of generating some revenue.

You need topics that you can and will update frequently, and as for getting people to visit your blog, you can advertise on social network sites such as twitter and read other blogs in your interest category, leaving comments which will also be a link to your blog and then hopefully generate reads back etc.

Just to add to everyone else's posts on this - I think 30p is way too cheap as well Skintbint. You definitely need to put a higher value on what you do - if you value them cheaply, so will your customers.

I agree with the muffin idea too - I used to run a local sandwich shop and the muffins we sold for 50p sold at "posher" coffee shops for £1.25 and they were from exactly the same place too.

    Hi Skintbint,

I agree with the others. Anything less than £1.00 is giving them away.

You sound like you've been using up a huge amount of emotional energy recently, as previous poster said, just go with the flow and chill tonight, recharge. At £491.50, you can afford too.

I felt a bit similar yesterday, and said stuff it. Ordered in a lovely chinese and just switched off, it felt great. Much more positive today.

Not a bad day in the end, considering I'm using old stock still. In total I took £250.00 'before' fees.....
I have decided not to show my monthly totals,I feel there is no need or benefit from me or to anyone else by me doing this.I have not listed anywhere near enough today, but I'm not going to dwell on it,I'll just list lots every night this week.Remember, enjoy what you do,if it becomes a drag, you'll start loosing interest ,and that's the last thing you want.
    I'll be back later

Thought I better do an update. I have now reached £227.45 profit. My target for Jan is £250 so not far off that, just need to do a new account on the Matched Betting and I am there :)

Next months Target is £375 which is a bit higher, but I am confident!

My Matched Betting Group is growing daily and there is now 24 members aside from myself. There is still plenty of scope for others to join and we all help each other make the most from Matched Betting

If you are interested in using Matched Betting to get to your 10K then please PM me and I will help all I can.

    Cheers
