I've had very little luck with bingo britain, only winning £2.50 in 2 weeks...
BUT I have just won £80 on the slots and to top it off it was paid for by a £10 freebie when you sign up, on the down side I thought I was still playing my bonus money and when i logged out to see my acount I had £50 left! I will withdraw it now...so thats £230 won on the slots today and £190 withdrawn YAY!!
When that hits my account I'll add it to my total :j0 -
Just bought a box of 65 books from ebay for £13.50. Once they arrive I shall be very busy putting them onto Amazon0

have invested £194.00 on my next big thing so l will deduct this from my signature and if they sell will add on, still leaves a healthy profit so nothing to lose. Keeping this purchase quiet from DH he will not understand!Ist 2014 : Win Weekend in York0

Have you done much Amazon selling before? Just a word of caution before you buy any more - see how this lot sells. I am just about to delist a load of my books on Amazon because my sales dropped dramatically a year ago (I've been selling on Amazon for 3 years+) and I'm fed up with 4 huge boxes under my stairs! Most of my books are the cheapest in their category and are popular academic books, but I've gone from selling 6 or 7 a week to 3 in the whole of last year.
I say this because I was toying with the idea of putting all the ones I delist on to Ebay as a job lot...
But good luck with it anyway - hopefully you'll be the lucky one!0 -
Yay!
Today my bf's motorcycle was bought from ebay for £350! It isnt easy whilst he's away from the country presently hehe.
Now we're almost ready to start buying things to sell. Just need to find my special area for that

Really stressed tonight. Filling in my self-assessment form, which I know how to do, but it's not taking my payments on account off my tax bill. I know I'll have payment on account for the current financial year and maybe a small balancing payment for last year, but I shouldn't have a stonking great bill now. Leaving it for a bit and then I'll go back to it when I'm less cheesed off! I've already deleted it twice as it took me off into pages that had no relevance, and I've had to put £1 in two boxes which have no relevance at all to my business but aren't allowed to be zero!
Grrrrr. Sorry, needed to vent!0 -
I know what you mean! I did mine earlier this week and it looked huge but then I remembered that it doesnt show the 2 payments already made for the tax year, I last Jan & 1 in July, when I had deducted those 2 it looked much better!
I phoned them about it last year and she said 'it doesnt show any payments already paid for the tax year' why not! I paid it online why cant it show the proper total!Really stressed tonight. I am a newbie to thread having just discovered it a few days ago! Still playing catch up with part 1............but wondered if someone could help me with a bingo britain question.
I joined last night and lost and am now planning to just play through my bonuses and see what happens. Hubbie joined this morning and won on his 3rd game (typical :rotfl:!!). Anyhow, he managed to process a withdrawel for £22 - so in effect we are £2 up between us.
Just popped on to see an alert on first page of this thread that the terms and conditions have changed. See from website that minimum withdrawel is now £50 instead of £20. Just wanted to know if you can still "deposit" the extra money needed to bring you up to the withdrawel limit so you can get at any winnings - ie. win £15, deposit £35 and withdraw £50 - or has that changed now too?
Thanks in advance for any help! Took me 2 nights of reading and I am still only on page 36 of thread 1:eek: lol :rotfl:................so may just catch up by the time its Christmas and the challenge is over!!!0 -
Well done everyone so farWell I still have a really bad head cold at the mo and feeling very down, sold my old car today and although I am pleased also very sad. I loved my old car and it wanted so much doing to it, it just wasn't viable anymore, but I always wanted an Audi and we brought it 12 months ago but it cost so much to run, it was 17 years old Oh well.... Right pull yourself together girl it's only a lump of metal ....Need to eBay and car boot everything in sight now to save up for another car. xx8 years of being on a DMP finished 3/3/140

I have only bought this lot to see how it goes. I have sold several of my own books, including random obscure books I have made more on Amazon than ebay to be honest but I don't intend to make a big thing of it just a side project to my clothing shop on ebay.0
