I havent done anything money making in the last week but have started to gather things that can go on ebay and am yet to venture into the loft even though i know there are many, many treasures that will fetch me a few quid up there i just havent got the time at the moment.
I am feeling very defeated today so have come for a bit of inspiration and motivation! My car has died in every way possible so had to dash out for another until oh has time to fix mine which is very frustrating because i know it's going to take him bout a month to get round to it which means it has to live in the garage i was going to return, which is more rent not to mention parts
Sorry for the rant, feel like i hav etaken 50 steps backwards and that everything is out of my control at the mo.
But, on the plus side you are all motoring on really well have only read a few pages (only popped in for a v.quick pick me up lol) but shall read more later no doubt ill feel better after that!
Keep up the good work evryone :T

Good thing you blocked dad! That made me laugh.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0

Thanks mambury and natnat13. Willl definetely see if there is any interest in this.
Bad news, I went into work to sort out going back part time after my maternity ends and I have been told this will only happen if its in the businesses interest!! I can't afford to pay childcare if I'm fulltime. Everyone else in the past has got this no problem but 'times have changed' apparently. They can take up to 6 weeks to give me a decision. I need to give 30 days notice if I want to quit. So annoyed, I've been told since October 2008 that this would be fine (not in writing unfortunately)
So annoyed, I just want to cry. I can't look for another job until I know if I get the hift swap or not. So I'm in a limbo atm. Really can't afford to not work  Sorry I had to vent!
right then..... a friend of mine had a similar problem a few years ago (different economic climate I know but....) and she managed to sue for constuctive dismissal (I think thats what it was). ANyway she managed to get a large payment out of it. I really think its worth
a - putting your request in writing and pointing out to them the benfits to the business eg - job share means an extra member of staff to cover in emergencies, additional flexibility for the business, etc
b - if that doesn't work take it further....
In the meantime, talk to CAB / Acas and see where you stand.

I did another stint of 'research' on my porcelain dolls, found the same 4 doll set/series sold for $250 2 days after it was listed on some obscure site so i'm hoping for a pretty hefty BIN with best offer on eBay for that since I have know idea where else to get rid of them. Only another 17 (i think) to go after them
Random question: Say you order roughly half the entire Argos catalogue, do you have to pay delivery charge on everything that says you do or just one for the whole lot? Also totally gutted Quidco's only 1.5% but Argos seems rather cheap for furniture and I should have a whole flat to furnish very soon
Jamespir - Do you know if you can use the £5 NO7 vouchers on those gift sets? I might have to dig mine out of my son's toy til and put them to a slightly more productive use.0 -

i dont think you can as on the back of the vouchers it says not to be used in conjuction with any other offers
best to ask in store thats if your store has any left (there selling like mad )Replies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. Does anyone know how long it takes Dooyoo to send out Amazon vouchers. I redeemed for my first voucher 6 days ago and it does say you should get it in 5 days. I just hope nothing is up and don't want to do too many reviews incase I don't get paid.Mortgage Free in 3-T2 : Started at £151,000 Nov. 2009 Mortgage Free Oct 1st 2015
