where has channel 5 gone on sky

Do you have a valid viewing card, do you have a current subscription or are you using it without a card?

afaik we havea valid viewing card and a current subscription we usually leave the sky box on but turn everything else off and noticed a few days ago that all the channels were moved as in 101 is BBC1 Central we have to go to 97something for BBC N.Ireland but have now noticed we dont seem to have a channel 5 at all

Think i might look out the account number and give them a ring just to check the card thing out though

Turn your receiver off at the wall; leave it ten seconds, then turn it back on. Wait a further minute. Any difference? (If not, it could be your card reader.)

Or the card may have defaulted,not inserted correctly or even in the wrong slot.
You could try a fresh install.
Remote-Services-4-0/1/Select-New Installation-then follow the on screen prompts.
