Weekend 9th/10th January - What small DFW things have you done today?!
Comments

Evening All,
Millie - thanks for starting the thread – hope you feel better soon x
Fay – LOL to keeping sane! – Fantastic news on the refund
Ald65 – Welcome back
Saturday evening already – had a light dusting of snow earlier…more expected overnight/tomorrow though
· Check online banking – moved pennies after todays purchase
· Enter comps online
· Daily scratches
· Meals from storecupboards
· Have a LSD – needed a pair of boots for snow….tried wellies but they wouldn’t go over my calve muscles, so went to Go outdoors and bought a pair of walking boots RRP £100 for £34.97. They are waterproof and have a great tread on them, which must be better than my old trainers which have a smooth sole on them!
· Washing on 30 – except for towels and t-shirts which need 40 to kill bugs etc
· Read more of my library book
· Look for a job
Think that is about it but I am sure there is more to do, take care everyone

No matter how slow I go I am lapping everyone on the couch.0 -
I just spent about 20 minutes writing a huge post and spent so long on it that the site logged me out and I lost everything!
Anyway, the gist of it was that I had had a good DFW day - but then I fell down the stairs tonight - but I have too much padding so didn't bruise much therefore - I am not receiving the appropriate amount of sympathy.
And I also gave a very long-winded justification of why I should spend £130 Xmas money plus £170 real money on 4 Merlin passes ( as seen on Grabbit) for lots of fun throughout the year. And I asked for someone to give me permission so that I don't feel guilty. Please.
And I congratulated Fay on her PPI victory, and wondered when Candy's snow would reach here as we are not too far away.
And apart from todays little achievement list, that covers my original post. Wrap up warm tonight, I know I will be having my hot water bottle!

Morning All :j
I feel like having a lazy day today so not a huge amount to put on the list, but here goes...
* 3 x loads of washing, all done on 30
* Had pancakes for breakfast that were reduced from 60p to 15p, still a lovely treat !
* Will only have heating on when needed
* NSD
* Keep up to date with spending diary to keep me motivated
No further snow here last night (Yorkshire) , and it depends on which weather forecast that you watch as to whether we will get snow today.
.
Hope all those feeling poorly are better soon x0
