Lou can I weigh in tomorrow...I have had three cups of tea and need a poo (sorry tmi) cos I forgot it was weigh in day. I haven't been at all good this week either.....

I have just joined a cheap gym....can't run outside and its getting on me nerves. At least this one is a month by month one and I am not tied to a contract....

I just put everything in at once tigz including the kidney beans...

I normally work nights so am here all through the night - most the time on my own; finding things to do lol....

Hi Judi, 1,500 words gone, vanished somewhere in my computers memory!!

Luckily it's not due until Feb, but I want to make a head start as I'm looking to do another Open Uni Course in May. Two courses and working full time - glutten for punishment!!

I found my paper drafts last night, so off to start from scratch with lots of coffee and chocolate.:rotfl::rotfl:

I managed to get into the office yesterday and finished my assignment draft - 5,465 words! :T
