I keep trying to get photos Lou, my camera has been left next to the window but in order to get a decent pic I have to open the window which scares her off.....we were all watching the mummy one yesterday, she got half way down the hill looked behind her for the cubs and one of them skidded past her...she looked totally unimpressed...I could almost hear her saying "for goodness sake stop messing about". :D

We've got a very fat robin that likes to sit on the fence and torement the cats and a gorgeous woodpecker that appeared on Christmas day...he's been back nearly everyday since so he's obviously found something tasty.

Lou-I have a perspex bird house/feeder that attaches to the lounge window-so once they get used to it you can have a real close encounter-it's fab! Right now the Blue Tits,Great Tits and Robins are forming an orderely queue...they wait on the washing line till whoevers feeding flies off, then they all move up a space....

I need one of those..........I just love wildlife:j
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Well I have had a lovely bath, done some washing, done my ironing, hoovered, put a chicken casserole in the Slow Cooker for tea and I am now eating cheese on toast for dinner!

Need to sort some drawers out upstairs, but that can wait a while.
