This is exactly what I need.. a diet to loose weight quickly but at the same time, getting advice and support on keeping it off. My busy schedule doesn't allow me to go to gyms and spend hours exercising unfortunately.

I don't spend £70 a week on food for all 4 of us :cool: But yes, if it works for you then fab!
I've got far to used to having boobs (and using them to my advantage) to get rid of them.
I can walk 10 miles+ without any hassle, I don't have any health issues, I get the odd bit of sciatica but that's been linked to my epidural with DD1, I eat at least my 5 a day and I feel happy with who I am, so regardless of my weight/size I think I'm in quite a good place.
