Always feel you have been running much longer than that Becks.
What race are you doing in two weeks then?

Well I was running for a while before I raced ;) I started Aug 08 running properly :D

St Albans 10 (in my siggy) - I ran 1:24 last year which was the best race of my year so I'd like to do a bit better this year but we'll see on the day...

I'm 9 stone, but feel a bit overweight as I am only 5' 3 and am very small framed, the heaviest I've ever been before was 8' 7. I was 9' 2 last week but started the weightwatchers discover plan on Tuesday and have lost 2 lbs in the last few days, so hopefully should be back down to 8 1/2 soon.

I have felt hungry all the time this week, but I think that's just psychological. I've never craved chocolate or sweet things so much in my life

Sally - 11th April but I've got a 10 miler in two weeks that last year was my first ever race so I want to do well :D

You must be tiny then if 9 stone is overweight

Been out for a little walk in the snow to get some more bubbles ;)

Well I am just *ahem* about 5ft so over 9 stone 1 I think it is is classed as overweight for my height.

Im currently at 8.10 so need to shift a few pounds as im the heavy end and my clothes are a little tight. However I am fully aware I am in the healthy weight range so am not too worried

I joined Lighterlife today which I'm looking forward to but the cost of it (£70 a week) is going to sting quite a bit.

I have 2 new years resolutions this year.

    1. To get fit and healthy before the year is out
    2. To make sure I do number 1

I must have been 9 stone at some stage....a size 8 (before they did a size 6 or smaller) used to hang off me until I moved out of home at 17, then I discovered the joys of cooking for myself and found my comfy bum.

I put on 5 stone with DD1...I was quite proud of that :D...

With DD2 I weight 1lb more the day I gave birth than the day I found out I was pregnant, the morning/evening/all sodding day sickness was hell.

I love having curves and the thought of loosing my boobs scares me into not dieting :D
