i wanted the 24th at butlins but it would only let me have 17th but happy ive got it. if it wasnt the sun holidays i doubt we will go on holiday as the cost would be too much.

ive tried to ring them they shut at 5.30 ive emailed them but dont expect a reply anytime soon, this is dissapointing as we was going away with a 3 other families

Think there was a problem with some codes last year too. Can't remember how it was solved though, sorry...

0844 543 9743 is the contact number..dunno if open now but worth a try?

I've booked up 2 holidays, both where we wanted to go and the dates over May bank holiday and Easter. Thanks so much.

last year I had codes which didn't work at first. I know it's a pain but about 2 hours after everyone else booked I managed to get in. There was a 'sorry for the fault' message once I'd got booked in too.

Hi all. If the last three number on you reference start with 0, then you need to leave the 0 off on the log in page,

ie 048 - you would just put 48,

well guys whose codes dont work get intouch with Sun and tell em? i tied to get Butlins last year by post(lol as if) and they sent my cheque back and form and told me dont wait til codes ae issued just send in the paper next time and i would get priority(as in priority, priority, before even online)
At least then next time you would def get your choice?

I'm really frustrated as well - watched the site for AGES for it to go live & then can't book!

Any ideas what we can do to find out why they don't work?
