I went on holiday for the first time with The Sun holidays last year. I had an email last nights saying Just make sure you use the Priority Booking Form sent to you with your brochure last week. I haven't received it has any one else not received theirs?

I have literally just checked my e-mails now and had the same one as you turbo5019. I have had post this week but I also haven't received my form and had resigned myself to not having one again until I just read that e-mail.

I came straight on MSE to see if anyone was in the same boat....Hope they can sort it out for us but I fear they may not keep a record of the codes they issue?!

I really feel for you guys, it's the same as not receiving a vip invite to the next sale!

The only thing I can suggest (although hopefully contacting the email address will help) is to determine if one of ebay one's is worth it (search sun priority booking)

Thanks rosewhite, I had already been thinking about the Ebay route but now I know that I am actually due one, it kinda makes me feel like I really don't want to pay anything for something I should have.....if that makes any sence?

Until I got the e-mail I was ok, now I'm bothered by it all

I replied to email they sent to me and had one back saying

This is an auto-response as, unfortunately, we cannot deal with any queries that come in to this e-mail address.

If your query is urgent and you wish to speak to a customer service representative, please e-mail custserv@the-sun.co.uk - they will deal with your query within two working days

So I have just emailed them so we will see what happends.
Hope this helps

I telephoned them as i too have been going on these holidays for 4 years and they said that the priority booking forms are randomly generated - So i just didn't get one this time but they can't them me either way. If they have sent one and it got lost in the post they also said they don't keep a record of this.
They were helpful but the only way of getting a code is by adding yourself to a list on MSE or by bidding for one on ebay.
• As much as I hate to say it but If needed I would buy a priority form code from EBAY if I had not received one.

I like being able to book online and knowing straight away.

That said waiting to hear back from them with thier selection using the tokens can also be exciting.

I always try and book a haven break I find Haven to be the best for these types of holidays.

I wouldn't buy a priority form code. I would just book direct if nothing turns up in the post. I am limited to dates cause DH works away for 4 week then home for 4 so I have to book holiday around him.
As last year was our first sun holiday I didn't know how it worked
lucy21 good luck with the baby

I wondered if anyone had the code for today as I forgot to buy the paper. Much appreciated thanks.
