    i been to

golden sands dawlish - wouldnt recommend it
seaview weymouth - nice but VERY hilly
devon cliffs - I like it, but others don't like it
burnham on sea - reccomended for a quiet holiday not much to do
riviera bay - old, falling apart (2009) NOT recommended
  • I have been to:

Burnham on Sea - Worst beach, accomodation awful, generally boring.

Kiln Park, Tenby - A++++ Best holiday ever, boat trips, fishing trips, good beach, friendly local pub called The Paddock (meals for £5), kids loved it!

Woolacoombe Bay Holiday Village - A+++ Excellent holiday, great beach, open top bus tours and takes you to the beach, lots to do, evening entertainment on site is great - kids loved this one too.

I stayed at Haven Perran Sands in September 2009. Was allocated a chalet that should be condemmend but had a great time, Perranporth beach is amazing (although the walk back up hill isn't!) great location for seeing Cornwall, lovely site which was clean and well equiped.

Went to Bognor Butlins in 0ct 2009, stayed in STD accom which served it purpose, esp as you are hardly in the room! New furniture and beds that are bigger than what you usually get lol!!! Only down side is was put on first floor which wasn't ideal with a 4 month old in a buggy and stairs were very slippery when it rained.

  • Some of them , it's not the site, there is nothing to do for miles around, pubs and shops all boarded up etc ie. Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire.
  • The site has just changed a tiny bit, but not live yet
