Watchdog used to call the Parcel FARCE, and I would tend to agree. I also lost an expensive push bike and a computer (2 different situations) thanks to them. I try to avoid when possible now.

I am also having a problem with parcelforce24, my pacel was picked up on the 15th sept and delivered to the depot on 22nd sept, some 24 hr delivery, I phoned to have it delivered on the 24th but it did not turn up, I phoned again to have it delivered on the 27th it did not turn up, I phoned the depot to be told it had been picked up by some one who I have never heard of on the 24th, now they are tryng to cover there own backs and because it has been going back and forth for so long when i asked about compensaion I was told that I needed to make a claim within 30 days of pick up, Does any one have any advise, I will of coarse send in a claims form and see what that brings me.0
