Claims Hell with Parcel Force 48

I wasnt calling you a liar, i just found that to be a bit of an over embelishment and would like to read the article myself.
I do know about the amount of people emigrating (a small percentage) and i also know about the many people who return within 12/24/36 months.
If you want to talk about over zealous charging, for speeding in Oz you can get a $500-600 fine. Cars are only taken away from people who are driving illegally, which is their own fault.
When there are any problems people are quick to say that this country is shocking but rates of unemployment are much worse in other countries (just look at Spain for instance) and although the MPs did take the mickey with regards to expenses, they were following rules set out (which everyone agrees are wrong, but this has been realised and are being changed).
Those expenses you liberally say they were taking the mickey with is in reality and everyone knows this, so it's not a conspiracy because It's been all over the papers (And we know they don't ly don't we) and on the 10 oclock news (Who also always tell the truth don't they) that infact it's really boys and girls Taxpayers money!
So next time your in a court of law for umm lets take a guess, hypothetically lets say Fraud, just tell the judge you were taking the micky. He'll understand.
Seriously, my comments are not aimed at you or any other poster on here who is willing to tell it how it really is. After all it's not a conspiracy is it?
Anyone wanting to see police legally steal a persons car your friend is Google.
You must live in a shell if you have never seen or read about police taking peoples cars because they ran out of road tax a week ago and forgot or had an outstanding road fine.
Remember just becase it hasn't happened to you (car being stolen legally by the police) or traitor MP's committing fraud or leaving the scene of a crash after driving and using a mobile phone (pop quiz) doesn't mean it's not happening to someone else.
But if your told by someone on a forum it is happening then go back to sleep because it's all a conspiracy.
The knd politicians have your best interests at heart and only want to take care of you.And they will0 -
definatly one for the block list
one for the block list??
I see your another open minded poster.
Custardy comes into a thread doesn't like what another forum members views or comments are so you type "One for the block list".
I just edited this post to add this for you custardy.
I'm not the one putting your heating bills up every year.
I'm not the one putting up your road tax and insurance.
I'm not the one charing you extortionate fees and charges for going over drawn at your bank by 50 pence.
(wasn't that what this forum and website was started to fight against by fellow consumer rights people?)
So from reading my few posts on here which are fair and NOT rude to anyone and with respect a comment like yous "One for the block list" is out of place.0 -
That comment shows you have no actual experience or understanding what a Police state is. All you have managed to do is make yourself sound quite ridiculous.
A police state doesn't have to be people standing around with AK47's in the street.
It can be a slow rigamortus of oppression of movement and financial oppression and the original one law for you and not for them and do as they say not as they do oppression.
It doesn;t mean people running round shooting each other.0 -
Right I think I,ve replied to everyone here who made a comment or reply.
And as this thread has gone way off topic this I'm pretty sure you will not be happy to read will be my last off topic comment on this thread.
I just want to say thanlks to everyone who replied.:beer:0 -
One last question:
If this country is so disgusting and going down the drain, why are you still here? Since queues are "out of the door" of the embassies with people leaving, why don't you join the queue.
I challenge you to name one country in the world with no issues at all.0 -
The Nutter Alarm bell is ringing frantically at the moment.
Is this a query about ParcelForce or a rant about the UK? If the latter, sod off elsewhere.0 -

It doesn;t mean people running round shooting each other.I said by your comments you haven't experienced one which it still seems you haven't
I think maybe you need to go out and by a bit more tin foil to stop the transmissions its obviously not working0 -
Viking 88 - My sympathies with all the trouble Parcelforce have caused you.
In my experience, Parcelforce are not worth a light. They run a 'compensation' service which you will pay for and then feel reassured that all will be well if your parcel gets lost or damaged through negligence. Wrong !!! You will never get paid out as the exclusion clauses in their small print of terms and conditions negate compensation on just about anything you either send or are having delivered. The list of exclusions covers just about everything and certainly most of what is sold through online auctions - even deliveries from U.K. auction houses will be excluded. The compensation levels are just a front - it is a nice little earner for them over and above the postage costs.
Do not use Parcelforce - AVOID - if you have anything of value to either send or receive, choose another delivery service, it will be less expensive anyway. - Always check the small print of terms and conditions, if every one did this with Parcelforce - before using them, they would soon go out of business0 -
I've found myself in a situation where I used Parcelforce 48 through the Post Office. I took out enhanced cover as I was sending a guitar. The guitar was damaged in transit. There appears to be no damage to the hard case or the outer packaging. It must have received an impact either by dropping it or having something dropped on it. I put large red labels stating FRAGILE and HANDLE WITH CARE on both sides. When I went to fill in the claims form I have discovered that the don't cover musical instruments. I rang the Parcelforce to let them know that I had been missold insurance to be told they would re-imburse the money I paid for the enhanced cover. (what a joke). I found a site called wwwdotparcel2godotcom and they use Parcelforce as one of their contractors. As long as you pay the additional cover it is covered.
So I guess I will have a long battle on my hands. Any positive suggestions will be gratefully received.0
