nokia 6700 with orange in august but keep having to return phone =(
I got an 18 month contract with Orange in august for a nokia 6700. I happy with my contract however my handset frustrates me! I have had 2 replacement handsets in the last 5 months and probably going to get another one soon as the same problem has occurred yet AGAIN.
Do i have the right to get a different model completely if the problem persists over time?

You have no legal right, but you may be able to ask for an exchange as a good will gesture. You may have to accept one os a similar age rather than getting a new one though.
As long as the vendor is willing to replace or repair a faulty item then there is not much you can do.

Thank you for the help. The reason why I was also asking is because I heard from a friend who knows someone working at Orange who claimed that if your handset has been replaced 3 times, you have the right to change models.
I don't know how true these claims are, can anyone shed light on this?0
