as an avon sales leader i cant see why you would need to take anyones ANYTHING for ID. when signing up we need 2 forms of ID and simply write the last 4 digits of the passport number or driving licence or whatever...we wouldnt TAKE them away!
If my upline had asked me if she could take my passport away i wouldnt be doing avon now. maybe ann summers is different but i cant understand why it would need to be.
