Sim deal stuck in system

Back on 200 and 200 18 mth NOW with pro-rata (after confusion, upgrade date was 5.2.10) BUT NOW it says contract renewal 5 Jan 2012

7.1.10 Online sim 10 for offline, next day del, in progress - O2 can't tell me when it will happen (between now or next bill 28/1)

I have to limit my use to daily pro-rata as if it happens before next bill I could be charged!! STUPID SYSTEM THEY HAVE

    It should be fixed on Tuesday morning if it hasn't done so by itself.

    My tariff: O2 simplicity 10 Contract duration: 1 months Contract renewal date: 10th January 2012 Services: None

    Still shows a 2012 date when is a 30 day notice/1 month contract!!! What's wrong with em!!! ????

    I just don't trust their billing systems as there is always a problem @ upgrade time.

    I am just concerned that if "I clear out" before 2012 I will receive a huge bill of the remaining time, as it says 2012!!!

    I have to go on what I see!!!

    No you wont receive a big bill, the billing system only bills you for the term that is attached to the tariff so 30 days. It will say that date on your "My O2" because it needs to be reset on the master system, it doesn't change your term or how you're billed though.
