Possible to make a deal with O2?

Hi everyone I am looking at buying quite a few things all with O2 and I wondered if I rang up and spoke to someone whether I would be able to negotiate a better deal, I've never done it before so I would love to hear your experiences!
I am currently looking for:
x2 LLU broadband lines (migration from another provider), I'm thinking of the Premium package.
x1 HTC HD2 phone...not sure what contract etc. to go for on it yet.
x1 PAYG phone, probably around £130.
I am wanting to take advantage of topcashback.co.uk where I can reclaim £100 per broadband line (if I have a mobile per line), £40 on a contract deal, and I believe £35 on a PAYG phone.
So rather than deal with O2 directly I will be applying etc. through topcashback and using the website, so I won't be able to deal with anyone directly.
Is it possible to speak to someone beforehand, arrange a deal, sign up taking the cashback deals, and then have my account credited for the agreed improved rate?
It may be totally implausable but there's no harm in asking!
Many thanks
