You do know that if you text or call from one of these phones before 28th Feb 2010 you get free credit added with in 48 hours.
£10 for phones under £50 and £20 for phones over £50.
Make the 1508 Nokia an even bigger bargain.
The details of that offer was on a leaflet next the the phones.
okay i'm a little confused on this
i got the Nokia one yesterday for £14 ect .. and i was going to save turning it on / using it till i go to Spain at the end of March .
am i reading it right the free credit you get for simply calling a number (272) is only valid for month and will not be available after 28.2.2010 ??
what about the credit boost where you buy £15 and get £20 free . same deal ??
i want to use the phone for my holiday so i know as PAYG i cannot run up a huge billBetter in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
The current deal on Tesco top up is a double or treble your credit deal - top up £10 and they will double it, £15 or more gets trebled. I thought that the free credit on activating the phone deal had now ended - certainly the SA who shold OH his £24 Samsung when the 1000 CC points deal first started thought so, it'll be a handy bonus if he gets the free credit!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

I've done well this quarter too djrich1, though nowhere near your points total. Tesco terms and conditions in these offers are notoriously unclear. Ordering through Grocery there were no limits specified.
They know what they are doing offering these massive points boosts. I am just interested in what the buyers are doing with the NoKia's they are hoovering up? Mine were literally being snatched out of my hands.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -
Tesco customer services are a nightmare! I rang clubcard customer services to find out if there's a limit to the amount you can purchase. They didn't know!
I rang Tesco Direct who said it's 3 or 4 a month but again couldn't be sure.
Rang the store and was told that the £10 free credit offer is finished now that there's 1000 points, I can purchase 1 at a time and no more than 2 a day. No limit as to how many a month.
Confused???
** Has anoyone been able to locate T&C's for this promotion?? **
I'm nowhere near the heady heights of 50 or so phones, but I did ask in my local store and they said the only restriction is 2 per customer per transaction, and if I wanted more to go back the next day. Obviously that's only the words of one employee though!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

I still have a copy of the leaflet showing the £20 for over £50 phone and £10 for under £50 phone and its states ends 28th feb 2010.
Will try to copy and post it hereAlways on the hunt for a bargain0 -
Here is the leaflet hope you can make out the small print date at the bottom.

So looks to me to be automatic when you activate the phone, only got mine yesterday and activated last night, so not been 48 hours yet, and my credit isnt there yet.Always on the hunt for a bargain0

Hi
Ive just called the number on the leaflet 283 and the recorded message says the promotion has now ended. hth0 -
But the leaflet sayes 28th feb and was still on display in store last night, the number on the leaflet is only for existing customers who want the credit on their old number. I did have to call them for ths reason, and they said it was fine and would be credited before TuesdayAlways on the hunt for a bargain0

Reading through these posts, I cannot believe the sheer GREED of so many people, in trying to grab as many phones as they can, and in so doing - TOUGH! on those who might be prevented from buying just one! SHAME on you!
Surely this is not what this website is all about!
