EXPIRED: 1,000 Clubcard points (£40 deals) on *any* Tesco mobile

Yes the same clubcard account was used, it says ' 2 phones per customer' i have multiple clubcards for the same account, therefor they would have to prove that it was myself buying all the phones!

Don't they reserve the right to suspend points from anyone they believe is acting outside the spirit of the promotion? I mean dont get me wrong, if you get away with it, fair play to you. I just dont see it happening though, they dont have to prove anything as far as I know, as per the boosting page on this site:
" Though do be slightly careful as Tesco reserves the right to block people for fair usage breaches."

You probably signed up to something when you got your clubcard that allows Tesco to suspend points of you without proof of any wrongdoing.

Am interested in the Nokia 2330 for £29.99 but included in the description is the following "This virgin mobile"......... ( thought all tesco mobiles were on the 02 network? ). Will I be able to use my 02 sim in this mobile? Sorry to be thick, have read all posts in this thread but this doesn't seem to have been covered.

The Clubcard card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the card. Clubcard key fobs may be used by any member of the main Clubcard holder's immediate family who is resident at the same address, as registered for the main Clubcard holder.

So you are either breaking the mobile t&c or clubcard

The only phones included in this offer are the ones on the Tesco network - there is a list of them online here - http://direct.tesco.com/q/buylist/id.7404.aspx

They said it was OK to buy 50+ of the phones and still get the clubcard points (even if someone else is buying the phones using your card)?

If they said that, thats great and I would definitely follow your lead. I just find it hard to believe that they would allow it.

good luck to you djrich if you have the money to have a go at getting as many phones as you can. Tesco make enough anyway so getting a bit back aint too bad really. Im lagging behind on 5 at the moment but as soon as the bonus points clear on the last one I go and get another. Just been looking at goldsmiths and fancy a Tag Heuer watch for buttons......Every little helps :j
