Do you think the outstanding price rises in what is supposed to be the slow season is why it took a week for someone at hpc to post the latest RoS numbers?
Or did it just take this long to think of some desperate way to spin them as being something other than immensely positive.....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Aberdeen:
November 2009 = £181,426, versus Nov 2008 price of £160,004 and now within 4% of the absolute peak in July 2007 of £188,925.
Also now higher than every month in 2007 except for July and Sept, and higher than every month in 2008 except for July.
Prices have increased by almost 10K since September, and this in what should be a declining seasonal trend.
:T
A dead on cert to cross peak in 2010 I reckon, and already significantly higher than when I bought.....
Edinburgh now at 213K, versus 230K at peak, also up dramatically from 196K in Nov last year.
More at the link..... www.ros.gov.uk
How many actually sold out of those on the market?
Oh and does anyone really give a f@@k about Scotland? Afterall i posted about falls in Belfast and the bulls came back with "no-one cares about that area" (or somethng along those lines)0 -
The way i see it...
Hamish just like the majority of our Scottish MSE posters, backs his posts up with supporting facts/documents/links.
For anyone to flame against printed black and white evidence, then more fool you.
The kind of attacks he is getting shows the maturity levels of some of the posters on this site. To go to the bother of creating 2nd/3rd AE accounts just to 'bully/victimise' another poster is no more than playground school boy tactics.
!!!!!!, grow up, the lot of you, getting a little boring now.0 -
tbf the number of posts is seriously out of balance with the entertainment value. Regardless of the message I just find it rather boring. The way i see it...

When he dismisses predictions from Bears but posts about bull predictions or when he yaps on about Scotland but other bulls thank him and dismiss falls in Belfast, what do you expect?0 -

.
Here's some facts you'll like Mitch....
Aberdeen house prices have risen by 4.5% in the last month.
Now up by 13% in the last 12 months.
Volume of transactions is up 20% on this time last year.
Now within 4% of the July 2007 peak, and higher than every other month that year except September.

Strange, I thought thats when you got banned too.....
And everyone else that was right.:D
Priceless, and now those same idiots are over here, trolling, and trying to re-write history.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

There is a certain idiocy involved from banning someone from a forum and then following them to somewhere else to carry on arguing. There's 2 of 3 from hpc now that do nothing but reply to Hamish's posts with some abuse. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
