Oh and this data is from Scotland. Who gives a !!!!!!?
Yes, it clearly said so in the thread title.
So either you do give a !!!!!!, and are having a tantrum, or you entered the thread specifically to troll me.
As there was really no need to enter the thread otherwise if you genuinely don't care......“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

And that was yet another one from you. A bit like me saying to you "I don't know how you have the face to post around here after the incident with the sheep and the 12 year old girls. Not proven of course, but people know what happened
".
But enough of this. I'm being drawn into the very type of discussion that I despise. I've had my say. Back to the topic in hand....
Most people on here read HPC as well and its not to hard to find out what happened. Your examples though gives and insight into how your mind works.0 -

You on the other hand were a fully fledged card carrying member of the crashaholics support group, who has reluctantly changed your mind after the fact to concede that yes, the bulls were right after all.
Then why not be more constructive, rather than act like a bullied, insecure tit?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Except that is yet another myth that has been busted by this crash, one of many.
.
And at last are you accepting there was a crash. I remember you denying this in the HPC forum for a long time. So gave up accpted there was a crash:beer:0 -

when i look on the HPC forum now - i see lots of posters claiming that house prices haven't risen in 2009.SPAMISH_MCTAVISH wrote: »And at last are you accepting there was a crash. I remember you denying this in the HPC forum for a long time. So gave up accpted there was a crash

Sad isn't it..... How insecure must those hpc-ers be that an entire group of them have come over here with the entire purpose of trolling me. And that none of them have the guts to use the same username over here. I am delighted I've got to them so badly though, if I wasn't right they wouldn't bother, as the numbers would speak for themselves.
Of course, I've never once stated there is no crash, or that there would be no crash, just frequently that the crash would be very different to their expectations, and not hit everywhere equally.
And in that I was 100% correct, because here we are just a year after I started posting on hpc, and we are back within a few percent of peak already, and Aberdeen now higher than every month in 2007 except for 2.
My post history on hpc is there to be searched. Good luck finding one where I state there won't be a crash, or that a crash hasn't happened.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

May be they too are like Hamish thinking Aberdeen represents the entire UK economy. Don't know what is their Aberdeen equivalent:beer:0 -

How about the ones where you stated you bought at the peak; not once but twice?.
And you now live in a red light district?
Housing market expert you ain't.
You are a chancer and a very silly boy.

Oh. Thanks for the benefit of your local knowledge. There was me thinking Perth was a nice place. Turns out it's full of pencilneck salarymen.0 -
            McTittish has gone rather quiet.
No doubt he will say it was because of the "bullying"
More likely it is because he is a bullsh1tting debt-junkie who is praying for HPI to bail him out and has been rumbled.
He forgets about the things he revealed on HPC before he was banned (but I haven't).
