Having problems with my Glow Worm Betacom 30c Boiler

Since the gas ran out yesterday in my house the boiler wont work properly , Ive since put gas in but the boiler wont run properly , its a Glow worm Betacom 30c , when I reset it the boiler it will fire up and light for about 30 seconds but then the flame goes out , ive tried resetting it a number of times now but still no luck , I thought the pipes may have frozen up but im getting full running water coming through both my hot and cold taps both upstairs and downstairs , the boiler is under warranty but im probably going to be looking at good few days until a glow worm technician can come out because everyone seems to be having problems with this cold weather at the moment , does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be.
