I had ordered on 8 Jan as well but only got order today - my mum ordered on 9 Jan and got her order 13 Jan. I'm guessing they've been overwhelmed with the orders and they don't have the facilities to cope with them all and because of this they haven't been processing orders in the order they've been received.

Hang on in there (have to admit I was slightly worried until I got my dispatch email a few days ago tho).

I ordered on the 8th and got my stuff today.
I am over the moon, everything is gorgeous, I also wish I had got more now!

I got a dispatch email, but it was missing one item, so emailed them straight away to let them know. I didn't receive a reply, but then got another separate dispatch email a couple of days later for the item they missed. Both turned up on Monday and am chuffed with everything. Thanks again OP!
