Has anyone actually recieved any more than their confirmation of order yet? When I got my email they said:
We received your order, number XXXXXXX. When we receive the payment authorization for your order, we will send you another e-mail. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, you can contact us by e-mail at customerservices@regattaoutlet.co.uk or by phone Monday - Friday at 0844 822 1144 open 8am-10pm When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a separate e-mail with the shipping and tracking information...
But I have never recieved a "payment authorization" email
and I don't seem to be able to get through to them on the phone.
Hello
I am the OP and have recieved a despatched email from them this morning (by HDNL with a tracking number)
I placed my order by phone and recieved a confirmation of order but not confirmation of payment (my online banking is showing that they have taken the payment yet)

I also ordered this on Saturday along with some bits for myself, which have also been increased, just called the customer help line to check on order as I have not received a dispatch note, they confirmed that my order was sent from the warehouse this morning and that I should receive it in the next few days.
Thanks again OP0 -

Can anyone recommend a good men's jacket? I'd get the most expensive one, but it's sold out. The second most expensive is fully in stock, but the third-most only has the rubbish colours in stock. Is that because the third-most expensive is better than the second-most? What is 3-in-1, anyway? I want the jacket for cycling to work.*dreaming of retiring early through pure money-saving*
