Kids/Mens/Womens Regatta Clothing - Coats, Fleeces etc.. reduced by 70%

I rang them yesterday (14th) about my order (placed last Sat nite) as was getting worried, they said it had been despatched. I got the despatch email later and it was despatched on the 13th, but as of 4am today HDNL say" The parcel has been sorted at our hub".

well now they've sorted it I would appreciate it if they would put it on a van and deliver it!

10 year old DS is desperate for his new 3-in-1 to arrive, I saw them in the Regatta outlet shop for £24.99 this week and they look really good quality - only paid £16 online so thanks again OP.

Got all of my stuff today - same as others no e-mail except for the tracking one. Hope DS likes his 3-in-1, got one for my friend's little boy and he adores it.

Yeah - finally got my order today. I'm really pleased with it. I've been wanting a decent warm waterproof coat for a while but couldn't afford it.

I got all my stuff today also. Im so happy with it. My dd loves her new pink waterproof coat. It will be great for walking up and down to nursery. I got a lovely red 3 in1. thanks again op.

Well I ordered 8 Jan and rang them a second time today. Apparently they are still processing my order in the warehouse! I was on hold for ages, eventually got through to a customer advisor who decided to put me on hold while she checked my order.

I'm beginning to think I'm getting the runaround and the items are out of stock. Terrible customer service. I had already e-mailed to receive a 'read receipt' but never got a reply. The girl on the phone just said that they are inundated with callers and people e-mailing. Well, I can't believe they are that busy that they still haven't packed my order in the warehouse. How long does it take? I mean we had snow so the orders should have been ready to leave the warehouse. I placed an order last night to M&Co and they have dispatched my order already!

Is anyone else still waiting for their orders to materialise?

I finally got the rest of my order today but I think a lot of the delay was due to their courier HDNL as according to the website HDNL received the parcel last thursday, not sure what they have doing with it since!

Im very happy with the kids stuff, and I struck lucky on the sizing as I had a feeling the jackets would come up small so ordered the next size up- and was right.

the kids really love their new 3-in-1s, they think the "fluff that comes out" is a really novel idea!

the colour of the jacket for me is a bit (lot) brighter than the pix on the web and not really my taste, but I will use it for walking etc so doesnt really matter.

I placed my order on 11th Jan and was going to ring up this evening as I had heard nothing.

I have just had the despatch notification email so I keeping my fingers crossed that they will turn up before the end of the week.
