have you tried giving him a fish oil supplement? perhaps hidden in his food?
I would carry out the reward/consequence thing again, and make it clear to him what you expect him to do in order to get the nice things like a trip out or friends round or pocket money etc... i know you said you've done it before but somewhere down the line he still knows how to "bend the rules" and does what he wants. what about introducing some really light chores for him and then to reward him straight after. do you have any other children that you could do this on and so he could see that they are benefitting and he is missing out? make it into a fun game and not like " you have to do this cos i have told you"

He needs a routine and for it to be in place every day.

    hope that has helped

We've done the on the spot rewards and he has 2 jobs he enjoys doing. One is washing my car! We've even bought him his own bucket and sponge because he's been doing a great job so he doesnt have to 'share' dads bucket. I have another son and he sees him getting treats he has lost but it doesnt seem to bother him. He is already on Omega Juice from Zipvit which I understand from Ted Hutchinson is stronger than the Eye-Q they used in the school trials. We've let him choose the time for homework, treat he would like - everything. But as soon as he cant have something its a major strop - He's like 2 different little boys. When he has what he wants and is enjoying what hes done he's wonderful - when its the opposite he is so rude and aggressive but he doesnt do this at school or anywhere else only with us which shows its not medical. I honestly have never met such a stubborn strong-willed 7 year old - nor has his teacher.
