tryed the insulation and the !!!!!! still freezes. Think this is a problem specific to worcesters, as had worcester out due to Ea error and happens again. Have to take lagging off now to unfreeze the pipe. Anyone know of some REALLY good lagging?

    Hi

Is there only a smell when you try resetting?Or all the time.
Do you have the casing off?
There is no permanent pilot light. There is no sight glass to see one either:confused:

Thanks Canuklehead, the smell was just when I was trying to reset the boiler...erm...I tried a lot of times!!:o Managed to thaw pipe this morning and all is well now...till it freezes again!
I thought that the little green light on the right was a pilot light, whatever, its lit again now.:j

Hi...what diameter is the condensate piping? Upping to 32 mm is recommended by Worcester. Climaflex ( Part L compliant pipe lagging) is available here as well as plumbers merchants.
