our new build doesn't have carpets or even turf in the garden!!0

I've just bought a New Build from Persimmon. I paid £250k after negotiating £25k off the price and getting them to throw in floorings, carpets, light fittings and turf. I wouldn't have done the deal if they hadn't. If you put an offer in make it a condition that they include floor coverings if that's what you want
