Hi,
FREEVIEW - Around 60 digital TV channels through the aerial. Boxes start from approx £20. Check signal availability at http://www.freeview.co.uk/availability.Profit=sanity

If you have a dish and an old Sky box you do not need a card to get a number of channels, including the five main terrestrial ones.

I assume you mean you have no aerial when you say "I only have sky cable for ariel" as no aerial involved with SkyWe all evolve - get on with it0 -

You still need a Freesat card though, don't you?I wanted to put an old sky box in the bedroom but had to get a Freesat card from sky (£20)to see the channels.
Sometimes if you still have an old sky card it will work but not always.Herman - MP for all!0 -

Some of them, like five have to be added manually as, if you don't have a card, they do not appear on the EPG.
Slightly annoying but then that is 20 quid in your pocket and not Mr MurdochsWe all evolve - get on with it0 -

There's quite a few channels available to watch on a Sky box without a card, admittedly though, most aren't worth talking about.
My son uses our old Sky box in his bedroom with no card.Dave. :wave:0 -
Best way to find out what you will get is to connect it all up and switch it on.0
