Tiscali+ Box / TalkTalk+ Box

We subscribed to this Tiscali+ box a while ago as we were fed up with the disgusting customer service from Sky. It has been brilliant and I would not swap it, however it changed over today to TalkTalk from Tiscali.
Now this may be a coincidence but today since this change each time I use the volume button it is as if I had pressed the backup key and it takes you to the main menu!

Is this just my box/control or is this a common problem? I have not called them yet thought I would check with you guys first.

i would check your manual which shows how to set the volume control up. sounds like you've accidently reset the remote commands

Thanks for that - yes that is what had happened.
I went through the settings and reset the remote control and it works fine again now.
