Vodaphone 3gb dongle overcharges

Hi There
Has anyone else been victim to having been wrongly and severely overcharged for GB usage on their USB Dongle??
I signed up with Vodafone over a year ago for their 18 month 3GB contract and have never gone over my alloted 3 gb in any month, as i use the 'Usage Indicator' to make sure this doesn't happen. :A
In the last 2 months however (Nov and Dec's bills) i've been overcharged by £100 :mad:. Even though my 'Usage Indicator' shows i've never gone even 'close' to going over the limit ( i even have the limit set and im supposed to be warned when it gets near).
Now, i've gotten refunds for both bills in the last 2 days which is a good thing but the worrying factor is that the customer service rep (a really nice guy) said that....' we get complaints all the time about overcharging'...........

If this is the case, then im pretty damn sure that some of you guys have fallen into this trap. I've got until April this year until the contract expires and am pretty sure this isn't going to be a one off
