Was it the nc-10?
If it's what I'm thinking maybe this will help....... http://www.flattelly.co.uk/shop/samsung-nc10-black-grade-a1npnc10ka02uk-p-12091.html

(Debenhams electricals is just a front for Buy It Direct Limited (BID))
thanks for this. yes, it was the nc10. argos have the 6 cell version with 12 month warranty for £239 so will probably go with them."The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0 -
As you are financial adviser I find it odd that you think a retailer should supply goods whatever it costs them and I do think you got an honest explanation.0

Check it before you buy it, it's wasn't the 6 cell version in the box for a while recently. (read the reviews on the website). I had one opened instore before I paid and it wasn't as advertised. I bought mine from ebuyer in the end.0 -

i am not a consumer expert. i thought that when i purchased and paid for this netbook that debenhamelectrical (bid) had an obligation to do all it can to supply. they said that it was impossible to supply which it clearly isn't as the same netbook is available at argos today for £20 more. 'subject to availability' is their get out of jail clause i suspect."The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0 -
