Yup, just checked the T&C's of the current offer online & it definitely states:

Offer is applicable to all orders placed between 26 December 2009 and midnight on Sunday 17 January 2010, subject to availability of stock.

The Lush Times definitely states this offer is between 16th-30th. I'd assumed they wouldn't overlap offers, but it looks like they might!! Get down there on 16th/17th then, girls!!! :j

But whats the bet they will have sold out of grab bags & other stuff by then......would be just my luck!!! :rolleyes:

Has anyone seen any grab bags at all in any Glasgow stores? I've been in a few just after christmas, and again last week, nothing. Just the spend £20 get a gift box deal.

Plenty of spend £20 goodie bags still available at Buchanan Street this morning - got two with near enough £60 off stuff in including 2 gift boxes in each bag and ballistics, bubble bars and bath melts

Was in Lush today, SA showed me the advert in the Lush Times (we'd been discussing the "Big" Shampoo & she showed me that I'd get some in the set - I feigned ignorance ). She said that the offer was on from 16th (Sat) but to ring the store on Fri pm, as they are notorious for not receiving all the items needed to make the "special offer" sets by the day they are due to start & they receive their deliveries on a Friday afternoon, so would be able to confirm whether they could make the sets up then, to save me a wasted journey. The ad in the paper DEFINITELY states 16th-30th!!

BTW, Trafford Centre has some grab bags left (along with small sets) but they are hidden away behind the tills & not being advertised, other than a black box in the window with the "Whats in the box?" on it. SA only mentioned them when I asked. I should've asked when that offer was due to end, sorry!!

I was in Lush in Manchester Arndale yesterday and they said new offers start Monday 18th when this one ended and the dates in the Lush Times were a misprint. (Btw, I got LOADS in my grab bag (11 items including my fave face mask) and there were quite a few left)

It doesn't surprise me that the offers don't overlap, I posted that in my first post that this offer would start when the other one ends. I love Lush, but it really annoys me how they are so inconsistent!! :mad: If one store is telling customers that its a printing error in the paper, all stores should be doing this, infact they should put up posters in store, put it on the website & send out emails!! How many people will waste valuable petrol/bus/train fare (& time!) going to stores tomorrow, to find the offer doesn't start till Monday?? Its clearly in black & white in the Lush Times, many Lushies must be sent this paper!!!

Its not just re the start dates for the offer, but they've shown great inconsistencies between stores in their attitude to the grab bags/hat boxes, as can be seen from the other Lush thread. They need to get their act together!!!!
