Sky M&S voucher - HELP!

Hiya guys,
I wonder if anyone knows how long you have to wait for the vouchers to come? We had sky installed on November 20th, signed up online so was eligible for the free voucher. Phoned Sky today (three times must I add because no one knows what they were talkign about!) and they were utter useless! It does say on the website that you should recieve the voucher within 28 days of activiating your account, but surely that means from when you put the viewing card in?!

I got mine within 7 days,
Ring them again, look on Saynoto0870 for a generic telephone number.
Unless yu have SKYTalk, in which case its free to ring them on the CS number after 6pm,make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
