Yes £10 was cashed and proof has been sent to the ICO as part of the complaint I have made to them.... see earlier posts in this thread0

Got home last night and to my delight I have finally received my information as requested from Black Horse.
No wonder they didn't want to hand it over.....
1st agreement has PPI Total Payable of £957.18
2nd agreement has PPI Total Payable of £1395.60
Well I am off to write my claim letter now, wish me luck...:j0 -
