rententions
Sorry to ask a stupidquestion, I'm just a bit confused. Can someone please tell me, when ppl talk about speaking to the rentention team to get better deals, is this only possible when you've actually finished the full contract length and are on a month to month rolling contract? Or, is it possble to ring then when you're within your upgrade period and negiotiate at that point?
Thanks
Thanks

Most people would phone retentions either close to the end of their contract i.e. maybe in the last month or so, or just after the end.0
