amd I can prove it. I have my credit agreement and this shows I never asked for it and I never accepted it over the phone and I have a copy of all phone transcriptions to back this up.0

It did not mention anything about the PPI. Thank you to everyone who has been kind enough to reply and as a result I will be writing to them asking about the PPI and asking for the interest on the charges to be refunded aswell.
Thanks. I erred on the side of caution as it wasn't clear from your OP whether the £1400 included the £175 charges or not (it's now clear it didn't)
I am glad to see you are not going to accept the offer of £91 as full and final settlement of your claim - ensure you tell the company this.
If you are happy with the £91 ilo the £175 claimed (perhaps you did make a minor error in that original claim, or have been convinced by the counter arguements received in return) then accept it, but if you still believe your £175 claim was entirely justified and should be met in full, don't accept the £91 either, even if they agree that is only in settlement of the charges part of your claim."Now to trolling as a concept. .... the 91 pound is the difference between what I got charged and the 12 pound that they now charge so I don't think I can argue with that? but I am going to write back asking for interest and remind them about the PPI claim.0

I think you can ask for the lot because the £12 has never been tested in court.0 -

As Nattie said, you can push for the full amount. He is correct re court.
If you want, Financial Ombudsman first. That won't cost you. It costs the card company.
If you take court action first you can't fall back to FOS.Please ignore those people who post on this forum who deliberately try to misinform you. Don't be bullied by them, don't be blamed by them. You know who I mean.
You come here for advice, help and support- thats what I and like minded others will try to do.0
